Emily is a straight talking problem solver and has a wide range of experience in family matters advising married couples and those living together on their finances as well as the arrangements for the children of separating couples.
Her particular focus is on high net worth divorces with complex business issues as well as pre-nuptial agreements.
As a member of ‘Resolution - first for family law’, Emily recognises that relationship breakdowns are a sensitive issue. Every relationship is different and her advice focuses on the best interests of each and every client financially and emotionally with constructive, pro-active advice.
Emily has experience in Court of Appeal work and regularly appears in Court on behalf of her clients both in the County and Magistrates Courts.
In addition to her work with separating couples and those about to marry, Emily also supports a number of very successful charitable free Will schemes for the firm and often speaks at seminars hosted by local businesses about changes in the law and the importance of good advice.
Emily offers fixed fee appointments as well free consultations of up to 30 minutes for general advice, recognising the importance of obtaining advice early on in any dispute or agreement between couples. In her spare time Emily enjoys the theatre, dancing and skiing.
