Coronavirus - Business Continuity Plan

As we are in the midst of what is now referred to as a global pandemic, we would like to share a few words of reassurance to our clients and business contacts.

Borneo Martell Turner Coulston - Business Continuity Plan

We are constantly monitoring the latest government advice outbreak and the health and well-being of our staff and their families, clients and business colleagues are of utmost importance to us. We have been actively communicating with our staff about common-sense hygiene practices and asking anyone who is not feeling well to work from home. We also encourage our team members to have open dialogues with our clients to assess their comfort level with on-site visits (their location or ours) during this very challenging time.

If an outbreak results in reduced staff numbers or office closures, we have a business continuity plan in place that will enable us to provide you to give the best possible service in rapidly changing circumstances. We have the technology to allow some of us to work remotely effectively, and we will also have support staff who can continue to work in or out of the office.

We can be contacted via email or phone in the usual way and this should continue even if some of the team are working from home.

We will be offering all clients the option of a remote meeting (via video or phone) if they would prefer not to meet in person.

The need for legal services during this difficult time is likely to be higher than ever for some of our most vulnerable clients and also for commercial clients whose businesses are severely impacted by the economic downturn.

For the past 30 years, BMTC Law has been committed to helping our clients, our people and our communities, and together, we will get through these challenging times.

With best wishes
