Carly Mitchell

Carly joined Borneo Martell Turner Coulston Solicitors as a Paralegal in May 2017.

She works in the Family Department and in particular assists the Children Team. Carly works alongside the solicitors in the Department, helping clients who are involved with Social Services both before and during Court proceedings. Carly has also recently started to gain experience in Private Law children matters as well as assisting victims of Domestic Abuse.

Carly is currently undertaking her Law degree at BPP Law School and once completed, she hopes to secure a Training Contract with the firm so that she can qualify as a solicitor. Prior to joining Borneo Martell Turner Coulston and working at another firm, Carly worked as a Court Clerk where she gained knowledge of Family Law. It was during that time that Carly decided to pursue a career in this field.

Carly has a 2:1 degree in Psychology with Criminology which she obtained from the University of Northampton in 2013.

Carly prides herself on being extremely organised, sensitive to clients’ needs and being a quick and enthusiastic learner.

In her spare time, when she is not studying, Carly enjoys attending music events, visiting new places and spending time with her family and friends.
