Covid 19 Update - March 2022

It is important to us that our clients and staff remain safe and so we continue to review our policies and procedures.  Many of our appointments are still by video as they are often efficient and cost effective, but we are also pleased to see clients face to face, if they prefer. 

Clients are welcome to drop off papers to us and/or visit our offices so that we may photocopy ID.  However, for confidentiality reasons we cannot discuss clients’ matters with them in Reception.  Therefore, we recommend that clients make an appointment if they need to discuss their matter with us so that we may ensure that a meeting room is available.  Whilst we are happy to accept payments by cheque, it is preferable if payments are made to us by debit/credit card over the telephone or bank transfer.
