not least because buying or selling a property is for most of us the
largest transaction that we will complete in our lives.

 

Covid 19 Update - July 2021

Our offices have been open throughout 2020/21 during this very challenging time and we continue to offer our full range of legal services. 

However, we have recently reviewed our Covid policy following the latest Government guidelines and in the light of the relaxation of most of the restrictions.

The pandemic has shown us that we have the technology to meet with most clients virtually and that the vast majority of our clients do not need to see us face to face. It also saves both us and our clients time and money.

Therefore we will still prefer to offer virtual appointments wherever possible but we will also now offer face to face appointments if it is not practicable and/or if clients prefer that.  Meetings will be held in our boardrooms where social distancing can still take place.

We continue to offer clients the ability to drop off papers to us and/or for us to photocopy ID.  However, for confidentiality reasons we cannot discuss in detail clients business in the open Reception area.

Finally, if clients need to pay money to us the best way is by debit/credit card over the telephone or by bank transfers.
