Francesca Lambert-Amaning
Solicitor
Francesca qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Since that time she has specialised in Family Law and over the years has gained a wide experience in all aspects of that area of the law.
Francesca joined the Firm in 2013 and she now specialises in care proceedings; representing both parents and children. She has been complimented on her thorough approach to case management, client care and extensive legal knowledge and has been described as dealing with her clients in a sensitive and respectful manner, providing them with clear and comprehensive advice.
Francesca regularly deals with complex cases involving child sexual abuse, neglect, non-accidental injury including cases with complicated medical evidence. She works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to ensure that their voices are heard during the proceedings and recognises that she often represents some of the most vulnerable in our society.
As a keen advocate, Francesca regularly appears before both the Magistrates and County Courts. She has also dealt with a number of High Court cases including those involving international issues concerning competing jurisdictions and human rights claims.
The high quality of Francesca’s submissions and her thorough grasp of the issues in a case combined with her sensible and constructive case management proposals were commended by a member of the Judiciary. She has built a reputation in the area for taking a collaborative approach to working with other agencies to find the best long term solutions for her clients.
In July 2014, Francesca became an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel which recognises expertise in the area of Children Law.
Outside of work Francesca enjoys dancing, reading and socialising with friends.
