Ben qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined the Firm in December 2014.
He undertakes some private law child disputes such as child arrangement orders, specific issue and prohibited steps. However, his main focus of specialism is in care matters where he represents parents in care proceedings both before they are issued and in Court.
Ben enjoys undertaking his own advocacy and has acted in a broad range of matters including finding of fact hearings, those involving children who are being removed from this jurisdiction and cases involving sexual abuse and non-accidental injury.
Ben is an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel which recognises his expertise in this area of law.
When he is away from work Ben enjoys playing football, walking and socialising with friends.
