We are pleased to have joined with other local organisations across our county in signing the Women’s Charter. Our business as well as many of our clients, staff, and their families are within Northamptonshire and it’s important that we all raise awareness and support each other in making it safer for women and girls.
We’ve all read stories in the news, but many of us will also know of women and girls who have experienced harassment, violence, or intimidation. However, amongst us, there are women and girls who are currently in unsafe situations.
We hope that many other organisations will sign the Charter and that we can all work together, to achieve equality and inclusivity and a culture which is positive and safe; where harassment, violence and intimidation, towards women and girls is not tolerated and we can help those who are subjected to such behaviour.
