We are pleased to have recently joined many other local organisations in signing the Northamptonshire Women’s Charter.
The Northamptonshire Women’s Charter is a commitment to prioritise the safety and well-being of women and girls in the county. It aims to create a culture where women and girls feel respected and safe, addressing issues of violence against women and girls.
We were delighted to welcome Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, Danielle Stone to our office where she presented us with our certificate.
Danielle also explained the benefits of signing up to the scheme which includes access to bespoke training packages for staff, support from crime prevention specialists to make any physical improvements to safety at our premises and becoming part of a community of organisations committed to making Northamptonshire a safe place for women.
