Jesse joined the firm of Turner Coulston in 2008 as an Accounts Assistant.

Jesse quickly became familiar with the accounts processes and procedures that are specific to law firms despite not having worked in a law firm before.  His role then widened, and he has used his IT skills to take on day-to-day responsibility for IT.  He has changed the ordering processes and budgeting for office consumables, dealt with office moves and coordinated remedial works to the office facilities.

In 2018, Jesse embarked on an AAT distance learning course to become a qualified accountant.  He was also promoted to Accounts Manager and takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of the accounts department assisted by an Accounts Assistant and Credit Controller.  Jesse works closely with the Managing Partner, Clare de Banke.
